- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Process for U.S customers:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contacto@98coastav.mx with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping for U.S customers:
- We will pay for the shipping cost and we will send you the shipping label so you can take it to the nearest center.
Return Process for other Countries customers:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, and one-piece swimsuits with detached hygiene seals are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
