Returns and Exchanges

At this time, purchases made online at 98coastav.com, are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns in our stores.

  • Returns and / or exchanges of goods purchases made on the site www.98coastav.com are accepted within 30 calendar days from the day the product is received.

  • Refunds will be made according to the form of payment used, and the repayment time will depend on the form of payment chosen.

  • In order for the exchange or refund policies to be applied, the goods must be returned unused, with the labels and (for swimsuits) the hygienic liner in place. It must also be accompanied by the original packaging and documents.

 

HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES


To make changes on items purchases on the site by Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Cards, Electronic Certificates and Electronic Purse:

You can only make changes to Size, if you need to make a change for another model or product it is required that you return the product and make a new purchase, this is the availability of products in the online store.

Before making any change you must email customerservice@98coastav.com to verify that the size is still available.

 

  1. Please include the original receipt in the package in order to make the exchange. Please include the items you would like to exchange in the same document.
  1. Package and seal your goods securely (preferably in the original package) and include the "billing format." Note that the return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, both outward and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

  2. Send the package to:

Please provide an email address so that we can bill you for the shipping cost of the new product. Once this step is finished, we can ship the product with the correct size.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS

  1. Your package includes the receipt. Your package should include this so that it can be processed for return. Please indicate the items you are returning in the same document.

 DEFECTIVE OR IMPROPER ITEMS


Any defective item or any product that is different than the original invoice can be returned or changed within the first 60 days of receiving the item.

Note that all the defective item (s) are subject to inspection.
